Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

 In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006, I freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest give my unconditional consent to IP Chichitkovich E.Yu. (OGRN 318344300031000, INN 344692649275) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) for the processing, including automated processing, namely collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of my personal data:

• Full name;
• Phone number;
• Email address;
• Company name (place of work);
• Position;
• Description of the task to be completed;
• History of requests and site visits on https://chudo-kniga.ru (hereinafter — the Site);
• Cookies, user location data, user activity data on the Site, device information, and session date and time.

1. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Personal data processing under this consent may be carried out by the Operator for the following purposes:

• Establishing feedback, including but not limited to sending newsletters, notifications via email, oral and written requests, and processing my inquiries and applications;
• Providing me with services and work by the Operator, including sending notifications regarding the services provided;
• Sending me information, including advertising, about the Operator’s services and offers;
• Identifying me as a personal data subject for the purpose of concluding any agreements with the Operator and their further execution;
• Statistical and other research and/or analytical purposes, provided that my personal data is anonymized.

2. Use of Yandex Metrica Analytics Service

I consent to the processing of the following data: IP address, cookie information, browser data, device software and hardware information, access time, and requested page addresses — using the “Yandex Metrica” service for obtaining statistics and analytics on Site visits to improve its performance.

3. Accuracy and Relevance of Data

The Operator assumes that the personal data I provide is accurate and sufficient for processing purposes. I undertake to promptly notify the Operator of any changes and keep the data up to date.

4. Use of Web Analytics Services

The Operator uses analytics services including Yandex Metrica.

5. Duration of Consent and Revocation Procedure

I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by sending a notice to the Operator’s email address: info@chudo-kniga.ru.

In the event of withdrawal, the Operator may continue processing personal data if there are grounds provided in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
