User Agreement

This "User Agreement" document represents an offer from Individual Entrepreneur Chichitkovich Evgeny Yurievich (hereinafter — "Administration") to enter into an agreement under the terms set forth below.

1. General Provisions of the User Agreement

   1. The following terms and definitions apply in this document and in any relationships arising from or related to it:

      1. Platform — software and hardware integrated with the Administration's Website;
      2. User — a legally capable individual who joins this Agreement in their own interest or on behalf of a legal entity they represent;
      3. Administration's Website / Website — websites located in the domain https://chudo-kniga.ru and its subdomains;
      4. Service — a set of services and licenses provided to the User using the Platform;
      5. Agreement — this Agreement with all amendments and supplements.

   2. Using the Service in any form and in any way within its declared functionality, including:

      • Viewing materials posted on the Website;
      • Registering and/or logging in on the Website;
      • Posting or displaying any materials on the Website, including but not limited to texts, hyperlinks, images, videos, information, and/or other content;
   3. Creates a contract under the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

   4. By using any of the above possibilities to access the Service, you confirm that:

      1. You have fully read and understood this Agreement before using the Service;
      2. You accept all terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions or limitations and agree to comply with them or cease using the Service. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or are not authorized to enter into this contract, you must immediately stop using the Service;
      3. The Agreement (including any part thereof) may be modified by the Administration without any special notice. The new version comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Administration's Website or brought to the User's attention in another convenient manner, unless otherwise provided.       4. You accept the Privacy Policy and have read and agree to the Return Policy, available at https://chudo-kniga.ru/documents/user-agreement;

2. General Conditions for Using the Service

   1. Access to the Service's functionality is allowed only after the User completes registration and authorization on the Website in accordance with the Administration's procedure;
   2. Technical, organizational, and commercial conditions for using the Service, including its functionality, are communicated to Users either by posting on the Website or through User notifications;
   3. The login and password chosen by the User are necessary and sufficient information for accessing the Website. The User is not allowed to share their login or password with third parties and is fully responsible for their security;
   4. When using the Service, it is prohibited to post: content that violates Russian law; intellectual property objects whose copying is prohibited by the rights holders.

3. Warranties of the Parties

   1. The User guarantees that any activity using the Service does not violate Russian law or the rights of third parties;
   2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service;
   3. The User guarantees to comply with this User Agreement when using the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

   1. The Administration is not responsible for any actions of the User that violate Russian law or infringe the rights of third parties;
   2. The Administration is not liable for any lost profits or damages for any reason.

5. Rights of the Parties

   1. The Administration may suspend the User's ability to use the Service if they violate the terms of this Agreement or at its sole discretion.

6. Consent to Mailing

   1. By accepting this User Agreement, the User agrees to receive messages from the Administration to their email address.
